Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient wisdom practice designed to strengthen and balance your body, quiet your mind, calm your nervous system, and illuminate your Spirit. This class is a moving meditation and flowing practice that helps you soften into your heart and enables you to embrace the True Self.

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a gentle retreat back into yourself. This slow-moving meditation relaxes the muscles, allowing you to reach the deep connective tissues. The practice of Yin invites the mind and body to come into stillness so that the deeper connection of Being can be discovered. This practice is highly beneficial to balance out the energy of our busy lives. Let us be held by Mother Earth as we drop into the sweetness and tenderness of Yin.

BHAKTI
Our Bhakti Flow is a dynamic and devotional class that weaves chanting and Hatha yoga. This class starts and ends with Kirtan with the harmonium and drum. This devotional class can be modified for any level!

COMMUNITY CLASS
This is a fun-spirited, heated vinyasa flow, and a beautiful way to connect to community. Tuesday evenings are led by Miki Romo, and Thursdays are led by Shane Davis.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Therapeutic yoga uses the ancient teachings of yoga to have a direct impact on our modern aches and pains. It is a process of meeting the yogi where they are, of empowering individuals by helping increase self-awareness and learning how to work within one’s own strengths and limitations. The goals of this practice can include reducing or eliminating symptoms that cause suffering while improving foundation and function. Therapeutic yoga is not just for the maturing or injured, it is a practice every body can benefit from by going deep in a safe and healing way.
