LAVENDER LABYRINTH SOUND HEALING AND YIN YOGA

Join Blue Muse and Heather Zeeb for an immersive and nourishing Yin Yoga and sound healing journey. Yin Yoga is a gentle retreat back into yourself, and when paired with sound healing, the practice becomes even more potent.

This slow-moving meditation relaxes the muscles, allowing you to reach the deep connective tissues. In addition, the practice of Yin invites the mind and body to come into stillness so that a more profound connection to your inner Being can be discovered and remembered.

The healing sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls will soothe you, raise your consciousness, and carry you deeper into your practice. By combining these two modalities, you will enjoy the opportunity to turn inward and focus on breath and inner stillness while allowing sound waves to wash over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit.

Please be informed that beehives are on site and bees may be on the lavender plants. If you are allergic to bee stings, bring your EpiPen. Although an incident is unlikely, it is best to be prepared. No dogs are allowed on the farm.

Bring a yoga mat and anything else to be comfortable lying on the ground.

The temperature is always changing, so please bring what you need to stay warm or cool, depending on the weather.

No experience necessary

Solstice Integration-Rhythm and Bliss

Rhythm and Bliss  Invigorate  body, mind and spirit and many dimensions of being

Join us for an embodied inner journey to integrate and align your intentions as we pass the solar high point of the year.

Steven presents vision practices to imagine your most vibrant self and lay out your next steps.  Starting with rejuvenating qigong & yogic practices, art & journaling, and ending with a deep Yoga Nidra relaxation with a live sound bath

Yoga Nidra is a technique refined by Swami Satyananda Saraswati of the Sivananda lineage of Yoga. Originating from ancient tantric practices, we focus on bringing conscious awareness to our physical, mental, emotional, and sensory experiences through visualization, breath awareness, and guided imagery.

The practice invites us to bring our intention deeper into the subconscious and unconscious realms. Gradually or even abruptly, our life begins to transform as we delve into the layers of our consciousness with our intention and prayer for our life. We do our best to remain motionless in the body, lying in savasana, letting our awareness travel within. The results can be profound.

All levels welcome

About the presenters—

Steven and Kim have more than 60 years combined experience in a collage of holistic offerings. We invite you to dive deeper into your heart's dreams, rejuvenate your vibrant self, and create space between knots of habitual patterns of imbalance. The grace and flow of the sound journey through the restorative practices and vision work uplift and empower our intentions for this year. The Yoga Nidra practice weaves our intention into the fabric of our being.

This is a class for meeting the vulnerability of vocality with compassionate practice and deep reverence for the beauty of embodied sound. We will move through a set of exercises designed to cultivate strength, agility, and confidence in pitch recognition, resonance, and tone. Moving from a philosophy of sound as divine source, we will hone our bodies as sacred, living instruments, and attune to the beauty and power of the vibrational world.

Instructor: Alexander Karvelas, PhD, holds a doctorate in ethnomusicology, specializing in Hindustani Classical Music and modal traditions of the Middle East and Central Asia. He also completed his certificate in Sound, Voice, Music and the Healing Arts from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2016. Alexander has been honing his practice for over fifteen years, and offers his teachings as part of a broader praxis of devotional research of song, bringing together hearts and minds to study and celebrate the divine potential of sonic alchemy.

The Empowered Women Workshop

The Empowered Women Workshop
$55.00

Come join us for a dynamic women’s event where we step into our power in community with one another. Led by a Trauma-Informed Life Coach, Yoga Instructors and Energy Healers, you will be lovingly guided to embrace your strong emotions that you may have stored away and release them in a safe container. Together we will welcome those strong emotions and allow them to be released in a supportive environment. Emotional release is a beautiful way to support your nervous system and balance your brain chemistry. Here is some of the science behind our workshop…

Ways Emotional Release Supports your Nervous System:

When you suppress strong emotions over time, your nervous system stays in a chronic state of stress or survival mode. This “fight, flight, or freeze” state can lead to:

  • Increased heart rate and blood pressure

  • Muscle tension

  • Sleep issues

  • Poor digestion

  • Anxiety or emotional numbness

Emotional release, when done in a safe and supported space, allows your body to:

  • Shift into parasympathetic mode (rest and digest), which promotes relaxation, healing, and recovery.

  • Discharge excess stress energy that may have been trapped in the body—this can look like shaking, crying, or deep sighing (all signs your system is regulating).

  • Reset your stress response, so you’re less reactive and more resilient over time.

Effects on Your Brain Chemistry

Emotional suppression alters the balance of key brain chemicals. When emotions are released:

  1. Cortisol (stress hormone):
Levels decrease, which lowers inflammation, reduces anxiety, and helps your body recover from chronic stress.

  2. Oxytocin (bonding hormone):
Emotional expression—especially in community—can increase oxytocin, which enhances feelings of safety, trust, and connection.

  3. Endorphins and dopamine (feel-good chemicals):
Release often brings a natural high or emotional relief, especially after crying, movement, or deep breathing.

  4. Serotonin (mood stabilizer):
Over time, emotional regulation can improve serotonin levels, leading to improved mood, sleep, and emotional resilience.
