SEPTEMBER EVENTS
Sacred Second Saturdays
With Jill Lindsay
Saturday, September 12th 12:00-1:30 PM
On the second Saturday of each month, join Jill, Certified Yoga Therapist and Breathwork Journey Facilitator, for a once a month exploration of body, mind, and heart. This class is designed for yoga practitioners seeking a deeper connection to themselves through intentional movement, breath, and sound. Blending therapeutic yoga, energizing breathwork, and devotional chanting, this experience offers a holistic approach to releasing stress, unwinding physical and emotional tension, and cultivating greater presence.
We begin with therapeutic movement to gently open the body, improve awareness, and invite the release of stored tension and stagnant energy. From there, we'll transition into an upregulating breathwork practice designed to increase vitality, sharpen focus, and awaken the body's natural energy. The workshop concludes with devotional chanting, creating space to integrate the experience through the healing power of sound and shared practice. Whether you are new to chanting or have an established practice, this closing experience invites a sense of grounding, openness, and connection—to yourself and to the collective energy of the group.
This class is not about striving or achieving, but about remembering. Remembering the wisdom of your body, the power of your breath, and the medicinal qualities of sound. Participants can expect to leave feeling emotionally lighter and deeply connected, with practical tools to support resilience, self-regulation, and overall well-being beyond the class.
You can use your class passes or monthly unlimited—this event is priced just like a regular class.

Source Embodiment Activation with Cristina Star
Intermediate
Guiding you beyond the mind into deeper presence and energetic embodiment.
What is it?
Source Embodiment Activations (SE) are group energy work sessions designed to invoke and amplify your life-force energy through direct activation by a trained facilitator. This somatic, surrender-based practice helps you establish a personal connection to Source through a ceremony-like journey to an hour-long arc of specially curated music. This "come as you are" space is perfect for anyone looking for a greater sense of meaning, purpose or connection amidst the challenges of life on Earth today.
What to expect:
Orientation: Introduction to the process and what you will experience.
Guided meditation: To help settle into presence and openness.
The Activation journey: A deep, hour-long somatic experience to activate your energy, mostly laying down comfortably.
Guided Core Practice: Facilitated integration of the activated energy into movement.
Group sharing: Opportunity to connect and share insights or experiences.
Integration guidance: Practical instructions to support your ongoing integration.
Who is it for?
Anyone seeking a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, or connection.
Those curious about spiritual discovery and awakening.
People willing to move beyond the mind and explore deeper presence.
No prior experience with energy work required; sensitivity to energy, mindfulness, embodiment practices, and an open mind are helpful.
