Equinox Source Embodiment Intensive with Cristina Star

$177.00

For Intermediate Meditation Practitioners

Expand your capacity for service and presence as we meet this age of change.

This half‑day intensive offers a clear, embodied introduction to the Source Embodiment (SE) modality—a facilitator‑led energy activation that feels like a “plant medicine journey without the plant.” Whether new to SE or experienced with Activations, you’ll receive sustained grounding, energetic amplification, and practical integration tools to support ongoing growth.

What is Source Embodiment?

Source Embodiment (SE) uses guided somatic and energetic activation to amplify life‑force, deepen presence, and catalyze inner shifts. Sessions are gentle but powerful: expect shifting sensations and emotional material that are part of healthy transformation. SE is safe for most people but requires intention, presence, and post‑session integration.

What to expect

  • Two Activation journeys: deep, hour-long somatic experiences to activate your energy, mostly laying down

  • Gentle movement: to open the body for deeper onset

  • Theory: an introduction to the metaphysical underpinnings of this powerful modality

  • Guided meditation: to settle into presence and openness

  • Guided Core Practice: facilitated integration of the activated energy into movement

  • Group sharing: opportunity to connect and share insights or experiences

  • Integration guidance: practical instructions for aftercare

  • Healthy Catered Lunch: to ground and nourish between sessions (vegetarian, gluten‑free, dairy‑free)

Who it’s for

  • People seeking deeper meaning, purpose, or connection

  • Those curious about spiritual discovery and embodiment

  • No prior SE experience required; helpful to have mindfulness or embodiment familiarity

  • Must be able to remain present with an inner experience for ~1 hour

Not recommended: current or recent serious mental health conditions (paranoia, psychosis, bipolar, mania), or strong aversion to introspection.

Safety & logistics

  • Sobriety required during the session; strongly recommended 24 hours before and 3 days after

  • The process can bring up emotions—plan gentle time afterward for integration (day‑of and several days after)

  • Doors open 11:10 am — please arrive early and be settled

  • Plan to stay in the studio for the duration (with no phone use)

  • Eat lightly before the event if at all, avoid or reduce caffeine

  • Bring: comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, yoga mat

Investment

  • $177 (includes organic lunch)

  • Need‑based partial scholarships available — no one turned away

  • For other dietary accommodations, please contact us
